Purpose:
Sodium isoamyl Xanthate (or sodium amyl xanthate) is a kind of strong collector, which is mainly used in the flotation of nonferrous metal minerals that need strong collecting power but no selectivity. For example, it is a good collector for flotation of oxidized sulfide ore or oxidized copper ore and lead oxide ore (sulfurized by sodium sulfide or sodium hydrosulfide). The flotation of copper nickel sulfide ore and gold bearing pyrite can also obtain good separation effect.
