Purpose:
Dithiophosphate 25 has both collecting and foaming properties. It is an effective collector for lead, steel and silver sulfide ores and activated zinc sulfide ores. It is often used in the preferential flotation separation of lead and zinc. In alkaline circuit, the product has weak collecting power for pyrite and other sulfide ores, but in neutral or acidic medium, it is a strong non selective collector for all sulfide ores. Under specific conditions, it also has a certain collection effect on heavy metal oxide ore. As the product is only slightly soluble in water, it must be added to the stirring tank or ball mill in its original form.
