Appearance: Colorless to white Crystalline Powder or Agglomerating Crystals
Stability: Stable. Hygroscopic and air sensitive. Oxidizing. Incompatible with strong reducing agents, strong bases.
Characteristics: Colorless or light red crystal, relative density 4.37. Melting point 96℃. It is easily soluble in water and the aqueous solution is acidic. Soluble in alcohol and acetone. Easy to deliquescence. When heated to 156℃, 3 water of crystallization will be lost, and it will decompose at 200℃.
Application: It is used for steam lamp gauze cover, optical glass, atomic energy and electron tube industries.
Packing: Wrap in double layer polyethylene plastic bags wrapped in iron drums, with a net weight of 40kg per drum. There should be a clear "oxidant" mark on the packaging. It belongs to Class II inorganic oxidant. Hazard code: GB 5.1 Class 51523. UN No.:1477; IMDG Code page 5162, Class 5.1.
Storage:
It should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated, and dry warehouse. It should be isolated from flammable substances, acids, and organic substances. When transporting, it should be handled with care and protective equipment should be worn. Vibration, impact, friction, loosening, container leakage, and sunlight exposure should be avoided.
